If your event has been cancelled due to the restrictions by our local government, then we will refund your deposit or work with you to change the date of your event. We're proud to say that we've refunded anyone who's chosen to cancel their event and we have worked with couples who are postponing to a future date. There is no fee to change your date and we will not increase the price of the services you've selected if you do choose a new date.
For new bookings, we encourage you to video chat with us as opposed to an in-person meeting. We'd love to communicate with you over call, text, email, face time, or any other online messaging method.
For upcoming events, we've taken additional measures to protect your guests. All of our team members will be wearing a face mask at all times and following proper hand washing guidelines. We will encourage text message song requests to reduce guest interaction, and the microphone will be sanitized in between each announcement or toast. Hand sanitizer will be placed on the DJ booth.
For the Photo Booth, props may be unavailable depending on your local government restrictions. If you bring your own and the venue will allow it, we will display them on our table. Hand sanitizer will be placed next to the printer and constant sanitization will be occurring at high contact areas around and in the photo booth.
